TESTIMONIALS

Chloé Gourde-Bureau
"Thanks to Torpedo Tri-Notions, it's crazy how much I've improved! I learned the right technique… the catch, the breath and the cadence. I keep swimming faster with less effort."

Sebastien Prevost
“I have been doing triathlons for 6 years and I always came out of the water tired. Since learning the proper technique with Torpedo Tri-Notions, I have been swimming more efficiently. I slide better in the water, I come out of the water fresher and more ready, with a faster time.”

Alberto Romero
"Thanks, Christine Vasseur for the swimming lessons. Still have work to do, but there has been great progress. Every time I “catch” the water, I hear your voice resonating in my head: “high elbow, chin, catch, catch” lol. Thank you!."
